About LMS

Leisure Management Services (LMS) was created in 1995 to become a provider of quality and innovative programs and services within therecreational industry. LMS currently manage a number of leisure facilities within Melbourne on behalf of their respective Councils. Since 1999, LMS also became involved in the provision of a software package that had been designed specifically to improve the management and recording of information within leisure facilities known as SportsMan Plus.

SportsMan Plus became a market leader in the leisure industry and was utilised widely across Australia by major sites. Many leisure facilities in the Melbourne area started using the original SportsMan Package that was developed in 1990. SportsMan was a leader in the leisure market since computerisation of leisure facilities.

LMS is in a unique position whereby the extensive industry knowledge gained through facility management, and technical expertise in software development, has provided the perfect environment to create a software program that meets the needs of the leisure industry. Links Modular Solutions was developed as the big brother to SportsMan Plus. Integrating the key features in Sportsman Plus, Links Modular Solutions was built from the ground up utilising the latest Microsoft application tools and database systems. This has provided the perfect platform to create a software program that will meet current and future industry needs.

Links Modular Solutions aims to provide the leisure industry with the best interactive leisure facility management software that will enable the end user to free themselves from the mundane world of data control. Through the use of industry knowledge and a close relationship with their clientele Links Modular Solutions will apply the changes of today’s market to their ever developing product, allowing users in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the U.S.A to gain and retain a competitive edge.

Customer Charter

Links Modular Solutions prides itself on offering an exception level of customer service to all end users. Our support team is made of up experienced staff with a high level of both technical and leisure industry knowledge.

Upon installation our support staff will work together with the end users to ensure the database is set up to suit the site’s individual needs. Once staff training and set up is completed Links Modular Solutions will monitor the needs of the site. A fortnightly follow up call will be provided to ensure the smooth running of the program.

Any support calls made to the support team will be dealt with immediately where possible. If the support team notices regularity in the types of calls they are receiving the system administrator will be contacted and an assessment will be made as to whether further training is needed. The contract administrator will be contacted bi quarterly after installation to discuss the results of customer feedback and the state of the contract.

Links Modular Solutions is constantly striving to improve the program and its capabilities. Upon each release, thorough release notes will be provided to the site and the contract administrator. Ongoing testing and evaluation is ensuring the program is continually improved. End users can forward requests and suggestions to the support team with each of these being considered and implemented where possible.

It is the experience and knowledge of the Leisure Management Services support team that sets it apart from its competitors with over 100 combined years of experience in the leisure and IT industry.
