LMS are proactive and serious about support to their worldwide client base. LMS provide the most prompt and comprehensive support available and have the ability to connect and rectify any database issue utilising the world wide web. In addition, all clients receive complete user manuals and on-line help.

Why waste time writing work instructions for using the Links Modular Solutions software when we have done it for you! User work instructions step even the untrained user through the processes of tasks such as enrolling a student into a class or selling a family membership through POS. An extension to LMS’s range of support includes the ability to log help requests online. This involves users being assigned a user log in and password also allowing them to check which LMS staff member is handling their query and work done to resolve the query at any time. Also while logged in, Clients have access to collections of suggested work instructions written by a range of industry professionals incorporating both the use of software and management procedures.

The support team at LMS originates from a broad background encompassing both I.T and Leisure Industry experience. Team members have extensive knowledge of managing health clubs, swim schools and leisure centres with some of the members still working at leisure centres and teaching swimming on their weekends to keep up to speed with the industry. Whilst the program embraces a comprehensive Help menu, clients can be secure in the knowledge that support is available between the hours of 8.00AM to 6.00PM on weekdays. On weekends and Public Holidays messages can be left on our message bank which is checked on a regular basis.

Training is also conducted on the initial provision of our software packages to help your key users understand and configure the program to meet the needs of your business. Training time will vary depending on your business requirements. The time allocated to training is mutually decided upon the purchase of the software.
