SupportLMS are proactive and serious about support to their worldwide client base. LMS provide the most prompt and comprehensive support available and have the ability to connect and rectify any database issue utilising the world wide web. In addition, all clients receive complete user manuals and on-line help.
The support team at LMS originates from a broad background encompassing both I.T and Leisure Industry experience. Team members have extensive knowledge of managing health clubs, swim schools and leisure centres with some of the members still working at leisure centres and teaching swimming on their weekends to keep up to speed with the industry. Whilst the program embraces a comprehensive Help menu, clients can be secure in the knowledge that support is available between the hours of 8.00AM to 6.00PM on weekdays. On weekends and Public Holidays messages can be left on our message bank which is checked on a regular basis.
