Case Study: La Petite Baleen inc.
La Petite Baleen Swim School installed Links in 2004 at two sites utilising a centralised database via Terminal Services. They made a proactive decision to change their operations and be the first (we believe) learn to swim school in America to run direct billing.
Previously, all students were re-booked into a new session three times a year. This took a team of 9 staff working morning and evening for six weeks every session to complete the process. Today, there is no re-booking required and only one staff member needing 15 minutes to run the direct billing reports. What a difference!
Incorrect student class allocation is eliminated as they are permanently enrolled until they decide to cancel or move.
